Universal CNC Router Dust Boot

3D print this over engineered dust boot for your CNC router! These parts print easily and contain captive nuts for a strong assembly. 8 rare earth magnets and locating pins allow for easy removal of the brush yet provide simple and secure fastening. This dust boot has excellent dust collection and there are two options for brush lengths. The 2" brush length works great for thinner stock and sheet goods up to 3/4" [19mm]. Use the 3" brush when cutting deeper than 3/4" [19mm]. It installs to the spindle with just one clamping bolt. It can be installed on the left side, right side, or in front of the spindle.

About the files included:

This bust boot was modeled in Fusion360. You can adjust the diameter of the spindle opening using the provided Fusion360 file.
- If you want to use a different CAD program other than Fusion360, a STEP file is included to import into your CAD software.
This dust boot is modeled with a 2.972" [75.5mm] spindle diameter which fits Hiteco 4HP spindles used on AVID CNC routers. If you have this spindle, you can print the files as is using the STL files included.
The hose flange on this dust boot works with standard 4inch flex hose.

To complete this dust boot you will need the following:

(1) M5 x 30mm socket head cap screw
(6) M5 x 20mm button head cap screw
(7) M5 nuts
(8) 10mm x 5mm rare earth magnets
